Listed below are the software updates
for the various test equipment systems supported by SSI. Note that
all files on this page are encrypted, and will have no functionality
without the required licensing credentials and hardware keys from
SSI. Please contact SSI, Cox & Sons, or DSI for licensing
information and the software download file(s) that are needed to
update a particular test equipment system.
To download the file, click on the link corresponding to the file to
be downloaded. When prompted for a User ID and Password, enter the
login information provided by an SSI, Cox or DSI representative. It
is always prudent to make place in a backup directory a copy of the
existing software that is being replaced or updated with the
download file. Copy and save the downloaded file(s) into the
appropriate SSI directory on the test equipment’s system operator
interface computer. Then follow the instructions to extract (unzip)
the downloaded file(s) into the same directory on the system’s
computer. Verify that the version number has updated to the current
version when the software program on the test equipment system is
opened after installation of the upgrade..
