Software Support

For software issues, SSI has a several support measures available. First, if your SSI device generates an error message, please follow the instructions to send the error message and data file to SSI Technical Support. Then when possible, connect the computer to the Internet so that the error report can be sent to SSI. Also periodically open SSI’s software applications with the host computer connected to the Internet. Program updates are detected automatically; simply follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
